Return Policy
What is your return policy?
You can return any unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 30 days of the order delivery date for a refund to your original form of payment. Please note that returns made after 30 days from the delivery date, as confirmed by your tracking number, are not eligible for a refund.
How do I return something?
1. Contact us by email at support@zonesportinggoods.com, or by using Messenger on our Facebook Page. Provide us with your order number and a brief statement explaining the reason for return.
2. Once your return is approved, you will be emailed a return confirmation within 24 - 48 hours.
3. Once you are ready to ship your return, address your package to shipping address which was provided in your return confirmation email.
4. Use a trackable and insured shipping method to return your package, with your order number and return confirmation number clearly printed on your shipping label. We do not accept COD returns.
5. We will email you when your return is processed.
6. Once we received your return, please allow 24-72 hours for your bank to credit the refund back onto your payment method.
*** ZSG does not assume responsibility for any return shipments that are lost, stolen, or otherwise not received while in transit. Additionally, as a small business, ZSG does not cover the cost of return shipping, which remains the responsibility of the customer.
